When we found this beautiful space in Singapore, we filled it with whisky barrels. That's why we call it BARREL.
And because we believe every glass has a story to tell, we call it Story of Hibiki.

BARREL STORY OF HIBIKI is a dining experience inspired by Japan's iconic whisky, Hibiki.
Step inside and you'll be welcomed by the warmth of wood and the aroma of wood fire. The flicker of the flames, the crackle of burning wood, and the comforting scent rising from the grill create an inviting atmosphere unlike any other.
In this space, our chefs prepare seasonal seafood, premium meats, and fresh vegetables over robata and wood fire right before your eyes.
To accompany the food, we offer a carefully selected range of Japanese whiskies, including Hibiki. Whether enjoyed as a Highball, Mizuwari, or On the Rocks, the same whisky reveals a different character with every style. We also offer a selection of cocktails and wines to suit every occasion.

Beneath the building lies a unique space that once served as the vault of a historic bank.
Behind its original steel door is THE VAULT, an intimate private room with just eight seats.
The walls are lined with reclaimed cask wood from Suntory's distilleries in Japan, bringing with them the character and history of the whiskies they once matured.
Surrounded by aged wood and a quiet sense of timelessness, this is a place where time seems to slow down. Enjoy good food, fine whisky, and meaningful conversations while leaving the pace of the city behind for a while.

THE TERRACE1st Floor
Located in the heart of Singapore's business district, THE TERRACE is BARREL's open-air gathering place.
With around 50 outdoor seats, it's the perfect spot to enjoy Highballs, wine, cocktails, and good food in a relaxed setting.
As the workday ends, people gather here to catch up with colleagues, raise a glass with friends, and unwind over great conversations. That's the everyday rhythm of THE TERRACE.
It often starts with a drink during Happy Hour and somehow turns into another round. Alongside drinks, you'll find a selection of dishes made for sharing, from whisky-friendly bar bites to seafood and steaks cooked over wood fire.
Right in the middle of the city, yet easygoing and welcoming. A place to eat, drink, laugh, and stay a little longer than planned.

POP CITY is a creative cocktail bar that reimagines The House of Suntory through the lens of modern Japan. Created in collaboration with Singapore’s world-renowned bar group, Jigger & Pony, POP CITY celebrates the playful spirit born between cultures — where tradition meets innovation, and stillness meets rhythm.
The menu features 16 signature cocktails inspired by POP (music) and CITY (style), each expressing the artistry, imagination, and seasonal beauty of Japan. Every cocktail tells a story — a melody of aroma and taste that stirs the heart like a
favorite song.
The interior captures the essence of contemporary Tokyo — sleek, vibrant, yet deeply human. It’s a space that honors Japan’s past while embracing its creative future, embodying Suntory’s timeless motto: “Yatte Minahare.”
